One of the great things about Weight Watcher is you can have anything you want to eat, you just have to count the points. One of my favorite foods is ramen noodles. You've probably seen them in the grocery store. You can get like 12 for a dollar. Well, I love them! I usually make 2 packages, throw out the broth and just eat the noodles. Well, I finally got around to calculating the points and for 2 packages, it's over 40 points (the calculater only goes SO high).... It's not out of the question, I COULD have it if I wanted to use all my weekly bonus points on it... so we'll see.
And by the way... I consumed 8 points worth of coffee today... worth it? Oh, you betcha!
