It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

Good afternoon everyone!

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Really! There is a strange yellow ball glowing in the sky and it's not humid and for once, it's not raining! It's 12:30 in the afternoon, Kevin and Ryan just went in for a nap and Ed took Eddie to a neighborhood birthday party. The windows are open and I can hear the music from the party. It's a good day! After this post, I will finally post my vacation pictures for your viewing pleasure.

I have scoped out the garden and it's growing really well. There are some major weed issues but we can take care of that now that the rain has stopped. There are tons of little tomatoes and a few jalapeno peppers. Everything else is getting big but no veggies yet.

Later this afternoon, we will head to Braintree High for the 4th of July carnival and fireworks celebration. This will be Kevin and Ryan's first experience with fireworks. Hope they will enjoy. I will let you know how they do!
